Copyrighting a brand/concept?
Myself and three friends have come across a unique (and top top secret) internet concept/brand.
We want to copywright the brand/concept so it can be used to generate revenue (site sponsorship, merchandise etc) but dont know where to start. We have the web know-how to develop the idea but not the business acumen...
We also want to set up a limited company splitting directorship across 4 people @ 25% each.
How do we ge things started and how much does it cost to do these things?
Cheers!
