I'm a member of BASC and CSPA

Depends what you are joining for really! If you want to enter registered clay shooting comps then you need to be a member of the CPSA.... if you want 3rd party liability insurance then CPSA or BASC.... BASC is more comprehensive for field sports.

Also a member of BASC for the insurance cover given for both me and my dog while out in the field. No other reason for being a member though.

As stated above, what do you want from it?

Kev really for the insurance but what all does it really cover??.All my shooting mates are in the Countryside Alliance because of their insurance, but they (mates) think it covers them for everything but if you read their (CA) small print it only covers you for taking part in CA approved events not driving to/from any country sport as they think. What does the BASC insurance cover
