What your beer choice says about you.

What your beer choice says about you.
My wife has opinions about various beers even though she has never drunk beer, ever, make her heave the very smell of it, however she does point out what she thinks of various brands, i.e.
I quite like Carling as a standard cooking type lager for Barbecue consumption but she say it looks common, and apparently Stella is going the same way, so what do you think your brand says about you, I generally buy beer because I like it but it seems there is more to it. I have noticed a few unsavoury type in shell suit bottoms and no top wandering around drinking Carling recently.
Hobgoblin, Old Perculiar etc says you have no taste buds or are a masochist.
Boddies, generally Rugger Buggers
Staropramen, label snob, makes a bottle last all night.
Budvar, the kind of plonker who reminds you that it is the real Budweiser and far superior every time they get a bottle, american pish etc etc
Skol, Dossers
Fosters, as per Carling
Tennents Super, For the Gentlemen tramp
Any thoughts ?

As far as lagers go, I'm into Nastro Azzurro at the moment, although the fridge also contains a quantity of Sainsbury's Moulin in little bottles and the obligatory budweiser, alongside a large assortment of Bitters & Stouts

I drink Corona because I think its the best tasting beer by far and for no other reason. I was drinking it when 99% of brits didn't know what it was, where you could get it or why on earth you'd want to put a lime in a beer. Its like all things, when the secret got out and it became popular it detracted from the experience a little. It used to be a bit more fun when you say, 'have you got any corona' and get a blank look back. I still get that when I ask for a white russian at least

I try to only drink beer that is brewed outside of this country, to avoid those chemicle induced hangovers. It's actually harder than you think.
Bitburger & Heineken are my choice

Real Ale - Bushys or Okells from the Isle of Man, brewed without chemicals/additives by law.
Beer/lager - anything brewed in Czech or Slovak republics, they seem to know what they're doing.

I drink Miller Pilsner or Stella most of the time. Cos im a lout!!
Quite partial to a Peroni now and again or a Hoegarden, but I cannot stand ales or heavy's.
imo Carling is rank, with quite a bitter aftertaste.

1664 or Stella is OK if Imported, but the stuff we get over here is 2nd rate.
Stella has been marketed to be expensive when in fact in France, Stella is one of the cheapest beers you can buy.
