Sick people will put these ads up and I don't doubt even sicker people will buy them. Difficult for eBay to keep a lid on this kind of thing I guess.

Exactly, people would have found this amusing before yesterday. It's a 10 day listing, so obviously nothting to do with making money from yesterday or being in poor taste.
I suppose someone from here will send that eBay auction to MI5 now, claiming he must have had 'prior knowledge'
