seems that the recent weapon of suicide bombers has finally hit these shores. perhaps the most difficult enemy to fight against. how to defend ourselves?

I suppose there is a midrange between bowing off the international stage and a scortched earth policy of eliminating all family members of the "martyrs", but i don't know what it is. I have seen plenty of these families condoning their relatives actions and wishing they too were martyrs. They wouldnt be jumping around rejoicing when they are in front of a firing squad.

A thoroughly unethical and morally wrong knee jerk reaction i know, which would rightly be condemned by right thinking people. But it doesn't sit uneasy on my concience right now though.

Before being lynched by the morality squad, its only an IMHO notion.

Some people put the figure of illegal immigrants in this country at half a million anyone of them could be a suicide bomber. In this day in age we need to do all we can too know who is and isn’t in our country! We need to tighten things up radically when it comes too border control and immigration or we are all in serious trouble!

To the original poster, apart from talking a lot of sh*t, most, if not all, of those that flew the planes into the WTC were from liberal families who were not particularly religious.

immigration is a serious problem who knows who has managed to find there way into the UK if you ask me its too late. There are too many terrorist organisations and not enough people to investigate them.

At the end of the day if someone wants to strap a bomb to themselves and blow themselves up who can stop them???

All we have to do is stick together not let it affect us and carry on with our normal lives they will realise in years to come that we will not give in!

Its about time political correctness was left at the door and something was done about reducing known terrorist threats in this country.

How many UK based Islamic groups are there which openly express anti-western views? These should be banned, members deported. Police should be allowed to go straight into Mosques etc to search for weapons, plans etc instead of being extra carefull not to hurt any feelings etc. Immigration has been out of control for too long, and the UK needs to opt out of this 'human rights' crap bill to get things sorted out.

These people are generally at odds to our way of life, so its about time we just say intergrate or **** off.

Was only a matter of time before something like this happened, and it wont be the last.
