Is it not as simple as???
Telling me how much a month I would have to loose from my pay packet to wipe out third world debt to UK? Its up to me then whether I feel its right or not.
Surely its as easy as that? They owe us and our country the money, if we say they can keep it they can, if we dont then they carry on paying it back.
If 51% say yes then we do it, if they dont then we dont.
