Where abouts in Sardinia were you? I lived there for 6 months near Santa Teresa and spent a fair few days in Corsica as well, mainly Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio. Sardinia is the second biggest Island in the Med after Sicily. Did you make it to Porto Cervo? Proper rich and famous playground. Amazing places can't wait till i can go back!
gonna see if i can dig out some photos now!

I stayed at the Forte village years ago and its was great - Sardinia is a fantastic place especially the quieter parts of the island free from lager louts with beautiful fishing villages all around the coast.
The temperature when I was there got above 100 degrees every day so it can get very hot in mid summer.

Happy memories.... think we stayed in Alghero? many moons ago. One of THE best holidays ever. Fantastic food, nice people and loads of activities. Plus, the beach was terrific with a bar right there to booze the night away. Far as I can tell, the resort isn't featured in any Uk brochures nowadays. I do recall lots of Itallians staying there so maybe its just for them now. Good sign tho' if the locals go there, it must be ok.

Another google hero. Well done. Ask me a geography question, I'll be back with the answer in a jiffy.
Typo's happen. It's a terrible way to try and knock someone. It's an easy miste-a to make-a. Or is that easy mistake-o to make-o.

Moving on.....Weather here is bizarre at the moment. Playing tennis last night, clear and sunny 1 minute, the the next was windy and stormy - dodgy bearing in mind the tree situation!!! This Naomi bird/bloke whatever needs to put some more pics up as I'm not fully convinced either, though unlike many on here - I don't call her "fit" before knowing if it's another random google example of a pic.

Apologies Bigman.
It just looked that before you edited your post, you were (wrongly) correcting the location where Namoni had stayed.
...sorry for any confusion caused.
