Legal Help.....
Does anyone have or know anyone with experience in Copyright and/or Passing off law?
if so info / informal chat would be much appreciated.
unfortunately my "regular" solicitor doesn't have any experience in these matters so i'm stuck

Greenwoods in Peterborough handle copyright law for EMAP, the publisher. I've also used them to deal with copyright issues on my behalf (publishing-related). They're on 01733 887700.
