I like the ideas but he becomes monotonous and irritable. Too simplistic as there is more to it than freeing debt because the corrupt governments take all the money. He's bornig and he looks a mess. Seems he's trying to cling on to fame by being some sort of god. ******.

Isnt it strange though, you have all these celebrities these days that acheive prominance through who;ve they've slept with/their new boob job and they do the square root of bugger all for anyone except themselves.
Bob, on the other hand was never really that successful for very long in the music scene for his musicianship yet has done so much for others...
I'm not a big fan of Bob, but kudos for getting off his *** and making the world take notice of a very large and very real world issue.

I don't think he intentionally overlooked black artists. I agree with him that puff dady, p-diddy or popa diddy pop or whatever he is called and the like may not be what the people want? Yes he is asking for debt to be cancelled - who do you think pays the bill for that cancellation?
To take my analogy again, Bob is jumping around saying we need more petrol, we need to reduce the cost of petrol rather than getting to the root of the problem and asking for people to help plug the hole in the tank.
So is what he is doing actually helpful? Is it helping the people that are starving, or by focusing on something that will not affect them is he actually making the situation worse, is he detracting from the things that may help?
Personally I think he is making it worse. By cancelling the debt, the tin pot regimes have a clean sheet to go out and get more loans to line thier pockets. It is not going to help the poor and the hungry.

Throwing money at them isn't enough. Solutions need to address:
-Debt
-Trade
-Corruption
-Inefficiency in distribution of aid.
Its easy to knock Bob, but this country is hopeless in its apathy to its own people, let alone other less fortunate countries. As I said, at least he's using his celebrity status to try and do some good. I'm sure he's not got it all right, but remember: before it's worth steering a ship anywhere you have to get people on the deck.
