Question about credit searches

If a company uses one of the credit ref agencies to do a search on you is it up to the minute/real time info that the agency passes back, i.e. what your credit agreements/mortgages etc are at that moment or do they send a snapshot back that they take/collate say monthly or weekly? How old is the info that the agencies pass back to a company that uses them?

It will show everything for the last 6 years. The info will be as up to date as the companies you have credit arrangements with update the credit reference agencies. Usually if you miss a payment it takes about 17 seconds to show. If you settle a loan it takes 3 months
