In the first one, I suspect your computer might be being used as an SMTP relay for spammers? It's the only thing I can think of.

Your pc will be used as a zombie for anything and everything, from hosting whatever illegal stuff you can think of, to sending spam.

Any way up, you'd have to be truly, truly truly daft to allow anyone you don't know to install anything on your PC.
