Fat in groin area

Since having a hernia operation 3 years ago , I have noticed excess fat in my opposite groin.Now I don't have an excess of body fat and keep pretty fit , but this deposit won't go.Any solutions?

Hello

That sounds like another hernia to me, or possibly a swollen lymph node.

I would suggest going to the doctor, rather than asking here.
