Default Circuit training

Looking for some freash ideas for circuit training classes, whether you are a fitness instructor or merely if you attend a circuit class.

I already use what could be thought off as the "traditional" exercises for arms, legs and abs etc, but need some new, modern ideas.

Please feel free to fire down as many exercises as you like, and if any apparatus is required for the exercise.

Cheers

Well the circuit training class I go to is quite large, 100+ in a big sports hall. Usually around 10 different exercise stations of 14-16 people. Enough room to be running laps around the sports hall either in between the stations or as one of the stations.

The exercises:

Sit-ups
Sit-up twists.
Half sit-ups
Sit up and hold
Press ups, normal and tricep.
Tricep dips
Squats
Squat thrusts
Cat stretches
Back raises
The lizard
Superman / woman
Power jumps
Star jumps
Side jumps
High jumps
Lunges
Step backs
Calf raises
The chair
Shuttle run
High knee run
Spotty dogs
Leg raises
Leg extensions
Skipping
With dumbells:
Bicep curl
Shoulder presses
Shoulder raises?
On step aerobic thing:
Lunges side to side.
Steps side to side
Bunny hops
Step ups
Oh and usually a fair bit of running. That's all I can think of at the moment.

Got that to look forward to this evening
