Default Sat nav - which package including pda?

Hi

Looking for a sat nav system on a pda in the next few days and last week there was a thread on here that I can't find that had a good link to a pda setup including pda for around £270. I'm looking for either that setup or something similar but it must include speed camera maps too. Can anyone point me at any links or decent sites for these please?

Thanks

what about speed camera maps too? without that I can't justify it, it has to tell me where cameras are too so that I can lose my road angel.

I'd also like it to be able to connect to the t'internet via wireless networking too, is that lot available as a kit?
