Wooden window restorers - woking area
Wondered if anyone can recommend a place near me that specialises in restoring wooden windows.
Just moved into an older property & thinking about double glazing but then thought about restoring what we have - quite old wooden windows in need of TLC - any thoughts ?

I'm guessing sash windows? New ones are not "that" expensive, I've seen them about from about £400 or so. While the old ones may be repairable, it will cost a fair bit in terms of a carpenters time and will cost you more to heat the property over the winter with single glazing too. You can get UPV sash as well, but TBH I wouldn't go down that route if you can avoid it
