I watched it on a flight to the US at the beginning of the year. Great for a laugh but scarily truthful in parts - "we have no intelligence". Much of the plane was laughing out loud.

Saw it at the cinema, and laughed my way through most of it. Don't think it's going to be well received in North Korea, or certain areas of the Middle East...

I've still not seen this, might nab a copy on DVD for later viewing. Any film taking the pish out of the Yanks is a good in my book, especially as most of them won't get that they are having the pish taken out of them.

Just watched the uncut unrated dvd version and now i can see how its unrated 
some of the sex scenes, even if they were only puppets went slightly further than any sex scene ive ever seen LOL

Sorry but I just love this film!! Got it ages ago on a pirate DVD out in Iraq. Just compulsory viewing when working with the yanks

Popped into the local dvd emporium and nabbed a copy of the unrated version. Rosie and I laughed a fair amount. The "sex scene" is hillarious, and I can see what they had to cut.
Yes it was purile and a little unfunny in places, but on the whole it was amusing.

Of course, yanks will think it's a good film, and it's all about how great the us is, saving the world from the terrorists, whereas the rest of the world see it as it's meant to be. The US sticking it's nose in where it's not wanted, trying to be the world police when they are nothing but a bunch of spoiled fat brats who need to be taught another lesson as it seems the last one didn't have the correct effect.
