Just want to guage some interest really

My parents have a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse apartment in Spain. Its just out side Marbella in the Costa Del Sol. It overlooks the 6th tee for Miraflores Golf club. So you can take the **** out of the golfers all day long!

They are going to rent it out for holidays.

So to summarise; it sleeps 8, has communal gardens and swimming pool and is close to everything you could want. There is Go Karting about 15 minutes drive away, a big aqua park, sea life centre for the kiddies. The beach is about 3 mins drive away and there are loads of golf clubs. Lots of bars and eateries. Loads of Marinas near by, far to much to put on here!

My parents have an appartment in estapona abit further down the coast from marbella, your parents place sound very nice though. i go to marbella quite alot when im over there. And i have just bought 4 houses in estapona.
hoping to live there in a few years.

Ive just got back from Tremolinos,

My dad is thinking of buying a hotel there,Really nice and really enjoyed it.

If it was in tremolinos maybe would have rented it from you.

Toremolinos isnt far away! Everywhere is pretty close, it only takes 20 minutes to get there from Malaga airport.

Went to Estepona when i was there last month

The apartment is in Riviera Del Sol, it really is a nice place to stay. Especially if you are a golfer like my dad
