Was followed on York ring road at the weekend, byan unusually well driver black '03 M3. The inside driving lights looked to be blue (they weren't on). no other signs of an unmarked car, driver wasn't in uniform, no passanger (could have been off duty of course)

What do you reckon, do the lights notmally look blue?
