Default Baby Names?

Guys,

I am going to be a dad for the 1st time in November which is totally cool
We are not sure of the sex yet although my wife seems convinced it's a girl, we shall wait and see at the 1st scan.

We are at the stage of deciding upon potential names for our new edition and after much deliberation have shortlisted the following.

GIRLS

Summer
Gaia
Peaches

BOYS

Rocco
Charlie
Corbin

Don't get me started on middle names!

What do the Scoobynet faithfull think of the above? Please bear in mind that our surnmame is pretty boring, "Brown".

Appreciate any constructive comments.

You won't find out sex at the first scan - you'll have to wait until the 20wk scan.

Congrats by the way - but get some lay-in's while you can!

Where did you get that list? Heat Magazine or TV Quick?

let me get this right, your last name is Brown and your thinking of calling your Son (IF it was a boy) Charlie? I fear for your child I really do....

my misses thinks Im back to front but I like George (georgina or georga) for a girl and Kelly for a boy.

Natalie & Michael are as you say ............ plain NICE!

We knew that people would talk of celebrities when we mentioned the names but Rocco & Summer (my favorites ) have been talked about long before Madonna and whoever.
It's not a fashion thing I can assure you. People who know me and my wife will say how fitting they are of our personalities.

More thoughts please.

Of course we had discussed the Charlie Brown situation and concluded that he would get that nickname anyway, so give it to him 1st. I was always Charlie or Farmer or worse at school.

We would also get a dog called Snoopy and a yellow canary called Woodstock, circle complete. He would have to find friends called Linus and Peppermint Paddy though which may prove more difficult.

hmm the hardest thing to do is to choose a name for your child....

When I had mine we didnt know what it was going to be Boy, Girl, Alien....

So I had a Choice of three names for girls and Boys

Girls

Ellie Louise
Lucy Louise
Kyra Louise

Boys

Max Jesse
Issac James
Jacob Jesse

Anyway I had a little Girl 6 years ago now goes too quickly

Her name is Ellie Louise

She didnt suit the other two names....

Congratulations to you both, Tell your other half to enjoy her pregnancy cos once its out thats it it cant go back!! lol

Kaz

PS dont ask what the Alien Names were lol

I thought that their fur was translucent and they apeered white as it reflected only white light.

for your info

Despite what our eyes tell us, a polar bear's fur is not white. Each hair shaft is pigment-free and transparent with a hollow core.

Polar bears look white because the hollow core scatters and reflects visible light, much like ice and snow does.

When photographed with film sensitive to ultraviolet light, polar bears appear black.
