Realistic costs of renting in london zone 2/3?
I need to move place and want to be getting a 1 bed apartment for around 190-210 per week.
this cost is fine, but what are the additional monthly costs on average for zone 2/3 in N? and NW? areas?
Council tax?
Water rates?
sewage too?
gas/Electric I assume is a standard 50/60 quid a month?
looking at a place in belsize park and the council tax bands look like 2k a year! or did i read that wrongly? [gulp]
your current experiences very much appreciated.
