Brill Customer Service from Origin (B2)
had a couple of issues trying to down load new software to my B2 this week... justcould not do it.
range Origin on Tuesday... the girl on the fne helped as much as SHE could but gave my details to 'DAVE' who rang me back after 10mins... (5:20pm)
went few a few test checks... syill nothing... so told me to send it back.
Sent it back Special Deilvery yesterday.. they had it by Noon today.
at 5:50pm this evening DAVE called to say he's had my B2 back and uploaded everything was was giving it a 200miles test run tonight/tomorrow
all working fine.
and it will be back with me Monday!!!
WICKED... a compamy that are more than welcome to help and call you to let you know what happening
how glad i was to by the B2... with a two year waranty as well
