But Beenybaby did have a point. They have a lot of generous friends who they may not have next time round.... If they had to pay for all that time they wouldn't have made any profit at all.

I made 56K profit on the last property I renovated, *and* it was only a 1 bed flat, so not too much work.
Fred was class tonight. Plenty of drinking and smoking, and a 'bollox' slipped in before the watershed for good measure.

And what was allthat about moving the stairs???? see what they put under them at the end ....WHY ? Sarah does it because its a job and probably pays good money, she really has nothing to lose by not being listened to.
