Had a pair of Square wires , seem to cost about £125 in the uk before any discount. I noticed while in the US they cost the equivilent of about £80 before discount. I changed makes to Bolle..
If you know anyone going to the US.... even the warranty is valid in Europe, for me anyway

I bought some £300 (high street price) Oakleys from them last summer, cost me about £220 delivered.

In my experience, you're pretty restricted and end up paying list price. That's certainly the case if you want prescription ones (which you can only get from an authorized Oakley dealer).

I said the same thing for a long time Bubba, until I tried a pair of good ones - I haven't looked back since. Love my Maui Jim's!
Way I figure it, I only get one pair of eyes and they're worth looking after.

???
If you click on the 'International' link then click on Oakley the prices for each pair is shown in GBP, or at least they are on my PC. Maybe as I'm browsing from a UK ISP?
If you click on the 'Italy' link the prices show up in Euros.
Even if the prices appear in USD, you can just buy on your credit card as normal and your card company will take care of the exchange rate. There's no VAT or import duty as Giarre are based in it Italy so are part of the EU.
I bought these in black/back iridium.

Have used www.isyte.com before and they were very good prices at the time - payed 40 quid less than a shop had quoted me in their sale!

I've just got mine from here:
http://www.wheelies.co.uk/youatwork/
The link is for a discount scheme we subscribe to at work which will give you a 15% discount off everything they do including their full range of Oakleys. Phone the number on the front page and quote the code shown. They are UK based as well so no worries of getting stung for import duty from the states. They are a bit slower than some dealers as they don't hold a huge stock and order them in specially on a per customer basis. Customer service was good as well with 3 calls from them updating me on my order.
Highly recomended.
