or - chicken & bacon in one of Mr Lloyd Grossman's sauces....Wild Mushroom is a favourite.
or - mushrooms and bacon with a splash of sambuca ! WOW !

and as they said on Masterchef.... mix the sauce all over the pasta....helps to keep the pasta warm throughout the meal !
