Canadian Grand Prix Questions
Afternoon,
Well, Rosie has just come up trumps for my birthday, 2 tickets to the GP in Montreal in June, lovely
Question is, where's the best vantage point(s) on the track? We don't have grandstand passes, and to be honest I'm thankfull as very little happens on the start/finish line during the race.
What with the new rules regarding tyre choices, one of the corners might be a good place to see some action (ala deLa Rosa's overtaking and then subsequent overbreaking when trying to take Rubens in the Bahrain GP today)
So if anyone has been to the track, can they possibly give me an idea of some of the best vantage points please
Oh and if anyone is going let me know, a few pints could be consumed

The chicaine under the bridge before the run down to the hairpin would be my choice. Tricky late brakers wet dream, and if you can get on the right side and up top of that stand you might get a view of the hairpin too.
Lucky sod, one of my favourite tracks. Well, on the Playstation it is

Thanks for the advice, I'll check it out
Never been to a GP before, and for the past two years I said I'd try and make it to the Cannuck one, but never did, hell, I never made it to the Molson Indy in TO and I am very close to it, put it this was, I can watch it on TV and open my balcony and hear the racing

Maybe the last chicane, just before the finishing straight would also be a good spot as well. They will be flat out before they get to it too.
I like this track on the computer too, but Spa and Monaco are my favourites.
