Isn't that whole area just about to be flooded for the three-gorges thing? Looks very similar to the bit that is!

No, this is Guilin, in southern China,

As my wife is chinese, and I am fed up with the way this country is going, not to mention our ****e weather, thought it time for a change, very nice place, been there in person and love the place

Don't blame you.

If my other half was from another part of the world I wouldn't mind relocating there for a while - as long as wasn't Kabul / Baghdad / Banda Aceh / Manchester etc...

Whats wrong with the UK.......?.....sure your pics look nice, but theres equally stunning parts of the uk....why not relocate....? the grass aint always greener etc.....
