Default Even ebay 'powersellers' are doing the same scams!!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...538151976&rd=1

How can ebay claim to promote a safe trading environment, when even their 'trusted' powersellers are at it?

Ebay are a disgrace...these scams are blatant, and presumably people must fall for them for so many to be on ebay....

It's not the 'trusted seller' though.

Someone's got their log in ID and created the false auction and has the sellers hard earned feedback.

Hijaked account by the look of it, the 'email not working' bit is a big hint!

Scammers send out emails which appear to be from ebay asking for the seller to update or confirm account info (which involve their log in details) the scammer then has access to login and create an advert but uses the pre aproved bidder bollox and the old 'my email isn't working' send to this address.

Whenever I buy anything on ebay (of any value) I allways check the sellers feedback corresponds to what they are actually selling. You'll usually find the highjacked account is from a powerseller for small items such as CD's and the ad is for an expensive car or bike for ridiculous money (as the link)

EBay - ScamBay more like

How this stays together I'll can't fathom.

The whole EBay system is built on trust - and the one thing you can't do on the 'tinternet is trust ANYONE.

Lets face it even PS Lewis is a 14yr old schoolgirl troll who winds up people on here....
