New fixed speed camera on M4??

New fixed speed camera on M4??
Heard there is a new gatso revenue camera on the M4 west near the Bath junction? Anyone seen this yet? Is it actually not in roadworks?
I have noticed there are new signs all along the M4 currently covered in green sheets, but if you look close they are speed camera signs
If its not in roadworks I'll be writing a letter to the avon and somerset "safety" camera partnership. How the hell can they justify new cameras, on the motorway of all places when even (ex) camera loving Richard Brumstrom now admits they dont improve road safety?
Main cause of accidents on motorway - sudden braking... what will people do when they see the camera?..

Drove along the M4 today - 2 new fixed Gatso's up so far, one just past the Bath junction West-bound - there other is East-bound about 1 mile before the Bath junction.
The East-bound one is so well hidden behind a bridge I didnt even notice it when I was going East, only spotted it one the way back
