Isle of Wight - Places to go
Off to the IOW for a long weekend - and I've never been before. Apart from the Needles etc - are there any 'out of the way' must see places/ things to do that we might not find in the usual guides?
Ta everso!

IOW is also known as Dinosaur island.
you can visit blackgang chine which is to the south.
Dinosaur amusement park.
Ryde and that are as soon as you come off the ferry and are full of chippies, arcades and kiss me quick hats.
Allum (?) bay is where the needles are, and the rocket testing station remains are still to be played on.
plenty of beaches and plenty of places to whet the whistle, so too speak.
Has been a while since Ive been there but it is a good weekend away for acting all childish, which Im very good at.
dont forget to buy a "cheesy" beach-sand test tube, where you can see all the colours of sand stacked on top of each other.
