Anyone used thedigiboxshop.com?
I placed aan order for a sky plus box on 9th. Delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days. I have yet to receive the item. Their telphone number is permanently engaged (presume it's dead) and they haven't replyed to numerous emails. Surprisigly they have taken the payment - FUNNY THAT!
What are my rights, what should I do?

I ordered a new dish and bits from them last month and got them in a couple of days.
Didn't have any need to contact them by phone so don't know if they are one of those companies that have near permanently engaged lines. From the address they seem to be a small company though.
If you ordered your stuff with a credit card and it is over £100 (which I would have thought a sky plus box was) then you can contact your credit card company for a refund.
