Basically i want to know if anyone has brought a contract phone from a phones 4 u shop -i know on BT home contract you qualify for 3 months free line rental that you have to claim back after 6 months-on sending of a cashback form-what happened to me is that i didn't know at time i needed this form so shop didn't give me it-now i come to claim back they say they wont give me a new form and without that form they wont give me money back-so i want to know have they also done this to other people on here?

Had a 3 phone from them and it said form would come in 28 days,did'nt come so i phoned them couple of months later and they sent me one no problem and got cashback last month,give them another call mate or mail them as they did mail me one as well but OE removed it.

had many many calls so far to them and still no joy-i will just go in shop tuesday and explain in clear and full terms in full view of other customers what there service is like and then seek legal advice-im totally pi$$ed of with there poor service

 

I used to deal with Steve Caudwell before he was a multi-millionaire.......... You could direct a complaint to him marked 'private & Confidential'; I assume that the Phones 4U head office is in Stoke?
