Set yourself up with a new credit card that has a 0% balance transfer & then spend on a different card then transfer the balance to the new 0% card.
(Just remember to transfer the balance onto another 0% card before it runs out & set up a STO or DDR to ensure you don't miss any payments !)

I think you'll struggle given that the Bank of England base rate is 4.75% right now. Take a look on www.moneysupermarket.com
