Following on from threads such as:

...I'm amazed at how few people reply, and how even fewer actually claim to have express their views in a way that might have meaningful impact.

So, I'm wondering: given that SN broadly represents a community of people with an interest in cars, how many of you are actively involved in campaigning on issues that affect motorists?

Are you a member of any pressure group with whose views you agree with, or do you do anything else (other than posting on the internet for like-minded people to read!) to ensure that the authorities know your views?

If you're not a member of any such group - why not?

(poll coming shortly!)

GLASS (Green Lanes Association) and off-road related matters are usually what I campaign about... infact, I was out yesterday clearing a lane so it can be used again. Organised with GLASS and the local County Council, good, fun day had by all
