Political Junk Mail - why is it legal???
OK, can some explain why political junk mail addressed to me is allowed when I have MPS set up???
Why are the Labour Party above the law?
Crap day at work so the following mail got sent: 'Please remove my name and address from your mailing lists as I have absolutely no intention of voting for the chronic bunch of liars that you represent. '

Ah, this was quoted a few days ago. Something about if it asks for your opinions, it's a survey and thus not unsolicited advertising. Following the letter of the law but not the spirit of it, basically.
