Hello

Anyone work for a smallish company (20-40 odd employees) and fancy sharing their maternity policy with me ? Wife is looking into hers at the moment and would like to see what other companies use.

I could send you something tommorrow, i'm out of the office right now. ours basically gives statutory maternity pay plus option to take some extra time unpaid. in other words, nothing other than what we have to do by law.

My wifes company is about 60 people, she gets 2 weeks full pay, and then the statuary 90% for 6 weeks going down to 50 quid a week.

Thanks guys. My sife gets what you said PC, i.e. what they have to give by law as a minimum.
