what price to pay??

looked on the net and cheapest 32" is just over £1800..... going upto about £2500 at John Lewis's.. but they offer 5yrs warranty! is that worth the extra £800?

to be honest a 32" plasma will look small. IMO they "look" smaller than a 32" CRT. for that budget Id look at £2k for the 37" Panasonic Viera, VERY good plasma IMO. I have it and it looks smart in the front room. gonna wall mount it this week John Lewis price match a store (not online) and give the 5yr warrenty for free so find it in a shop (i.e currys or dixons) cheaper than JL and then go i nand get it price matched

37" will be too big for the wall i want to mount it on.

JL... is a good option with the warranty.. and seeing thar life span of plasma is only approx 30000 hrs (20yrs with 5hrs use a day) it might be worth considering.

They tend to suffer from burn in, left for periods with the same image. That screen looks good and future proof as it can do HD.
