[pedant mode]Not EX Iron Maiden in any way. Still recording and touring with the band. Yes he was a solo artiste for awhile (while Maiden recorded The X Factor and Virtual XI albums with Blaize Bailey [formerly of Wolfsbane]) but they're very much together again, and have been since the Brave New World album a few years back[/pedant mode]

Ooops, wasnt sure about that one, anyway, I always found as a teenager it was best not to know too much about Iron Maiden, lest you be cast as a metalhead, you know, Maiden tshirt, acne, bad hair, sexual frustration, all of which I had but I still had some mates due to prefering New Order and stuff like that. I never purchased a copy of Kerrang, I am proud to say, did quite like run to the hills though.
