Thanks folks!

If you've got a 1G SD card, what lengths of video can you shoot at the different fps/resolutions available on the camera? Its not that clear on the Canon site...just says '...limited by card capacity'. Anyone have actual experience?

Ta,
Hugh

Really good I bought one so I could take it out for partys. Its so small and light and takes great pictures too.

I've got the Ixus 30, same cam just slightly lower mp's, doesn't seem to suffer quite as much 'soft corners' as the 40 and still produces really good pic's for a point and shoot. Highly recommend it.
