any one used these guys ??
Bought a 40gig iriver a few days ago - they say it was delivered - it wasn't !!
They are blaming the courier.
Are they usually pretty kosher or do I need to contct my CC co.
Need this like a hole in the head - It's a leaving gift for one of the lads at work - going friday !!

Did you pay by visa? If so no problem, in the end you'll get your money back.

Phew - It turned out fine - 4 WAY were Brilliant in tracking down the problem.
It turned out that the posty had delivered another parcel miles away and the recipient signed in the box for my parcel. Posty then came to mine, I'm at work so he took it back to the depot as undelivered but of course when I call up asking WTF is going on they say it had been signed for !!
