Smallest Police car ??

Driving up the A41 through Watford I noticed an unusual Police car, all stickered up blues and twos, a Smart Car PMSL

Right get in the back sonny you're nicked, oh b0llocks, strap him to the roof sarge??

The cops, and even the fire service have four wheeled quads in some cornish towns, the roads are too tight for cars at-all!!!
