Default Splitting up - stamp duty question

Have been living with girlfriend for 6 months since we bought a house together.
I'm going to move out and buy another place and she is going to pay me what i put into the house.
Question is, do we have to pay stamp duty for removing me from the deeds???

Hello

No. Well, at least, I didn't! you do have to pay a solicitor and the building society will want to credit check your girlfriend as she is now the sole person on the mortgage.
