Question Little Lady

My girlfriend is having great difficulty in finding clothes to fit. She is very petite, at 5' tall and size 4-6. Do any of you or your partners know of any shops in Southern England that specialise in petite sizes? Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated.

Try the petite section in Miss Selfridge. My girl goes there sometimes. But she's tall at about 5'3"

I know it can be very difficult getting clothes in small sizes...I'm 5'2" and a siza 4-6 aswell...I know that trousers a good place to get them is the 915 range from New Look...not too big around the waist and not to long in the leg...or vice versa...also...Harvey Nichols or Cruise are sometimes good for small sizes...but that's mainly tops...they seem to expect girls to have a size 6 waist and like 35" legs :-o!
or...just fly her out to Hong Kong...plenty of small sizes at good prices and plenty of choice

'Principles' petite section is VERY good. I know this probably sounds naff, but you can often find some funky stuff in the kids section of many high street stores too!!

Someone call? lol

Ok i'm known on here as the tiniest pixie i'm 5'3" also and sometimes have such great difficulty finding clothes that fit, i find shopping in most shops i'll find all the tops will fit, but its the pants that dont!! lol, i mainly have jeans, New Look are good for catering for small women, so i mainly get my jeans from there, if i do get any pants that are abit long in the leg, i'm lucky to have someone who takes them up abit for me

SO, good tip for you imsbman, tell your gf to get some wonderweb, and next time she buys any pants that fit good on the waist but not in the leg, to just take them up abit (to her liking) and wonderweb them, works absolutely perfectly!
