Interior, Exterior, Garden - all of them??
I got one a while back, can't remember the name, will look it out when I get home. Excellent to use, can even design your own furniture etc if it is not in the Library, all this means is it is rather complex to actually use, depends what you are trying to do.
If you want full monty then go for Bentley's Microstation CAD package with Visualisation, it'll cost you a few grand but it is the Daddy.

Hello
The BEST one is Archi-cad. The cheaper options are Home Design 3D and Floorplan. Floorplan has a free trial (http://www.floorplan.com/).

If you just want layout - Visio is good. I've a feeling the package I was using is the same as yours, about £30 or so, not had any problems with my copy though.
