Can't help that far north, know some good ones in Notts though. I have forgotten the name, but most of these tradesmen have like a register of authorised bods as it were, bit like going to an ABTA travel agent, it is worth looking at them. There are also organisations that arrange any kind of tradesman for you, forgotten their names as well but it is something like "Integrated Services" or something.
