...but no ITV1, C4 or Channel 5. All it says is 'This channel unavailable'. Never had any problems with the freeview box and all other channels are spot-on.

Any ideas?

I had this (missing channels) when i first had mine installed, a quick call to support and it was sorted the same evening.

That used to be the case but now ALL are available on SKY.

...and >pleasantly surprised mode ON< SKY only charge £40 to fit a brand new SKY+ dish when you move house. (thought I'd say something nice about SKY for once )

We managed to wangle a house move AND an upgrade to Sky+ for free when we moved a year ago... all thanks to my wife hurling abuse down the phone to Sky customer service when they cocked up and sent an upgrade guy out rather than a house move.... nice
