Environment Agency Vans
Coming down a long straight yesterday morning (national speed limit) and i noticed at the bottom of the straight an Environment Agency transit van parked up on the grass verge (on the opposite side of the road but facing the direction i was coming from)
TBH i didnt really give it a second thought but as i got closer i looked into the cabin (nobody sat in the seats) and there was a very bright red LED shining.
Does anyone know if these are speed cameras. There was no one about and i can only assume that someone was either sat in the back or they were away from the van doing an inspection or something?
