Ask the previous owner.
You can also ask your current provider if they do provide service to that property, not sure they can say who does if they don't though.

If it's an existing property with an existing supply (sorry for repetition, trying to avoid saying 'current'....
), then you can get details of who presently (there I go again!) supplies the property from a separate organisation which name I forget. Argh!
But, the good news is that any supplier will tell you who to ring to check this out.
