Anyone know anything about house auctions?
Found some property that I'm interested in.
Auction isnt for another month.
Has anyone got any info that will help me?
The estate agents handling the auction is closed for a few days (dam bank holidays) so I cant find out why the property is selling at auction. What are the normal reasons?
