Question GPS Sat Nav

I'm looking for a gps sat nav for my new job (courier work), it has to be small (not on a laptop), has to work from lighter socket and be reliable.
I've seen the Dell PDAs with TomTom GPS for £330 which are basically a small computer notebook (?) with the added sat nav - these look ideal - any 1 used 1? or can recommend another (less than £350)

cheers

This thread does come round an awful lot, but it's always of interest... if you JUST want Sat Nav, then get a TomTom Go package...

The 198s seem to go for £190ish on ebay - reading up on them it seems the display isn't the best
I've now found a Dell X5 with TomTom and a reciever that sits in the top slot so it doesn't need 1 on the dash with a wire to it - £320
