Default another ebay **** head!

just bought some wrx seats of ebay, they guy has turned around and put them back on ebay 2 days later cus i havent paid??!? wtf? its christmas? postage isnt working at the minute? ive mailed him 7 times to give details including home/mobile phone numbers

says I never intended to pay? they were my christmas present of my partner.

bit upset now

Can't you complain to ebay given that you don't appear to have done anything wrong ? Sounds like you haven't been given a chance to even pay for the goods and that the seller has no valid reason for re-listing. Might be worth a shot (if you haven't done it already).

not left feedback on my account. ive complained to ebay, cant see what they can do though?

this is the new auction its already on £140 so hes already got more than last time as it ended on £126

yeah but i contacted him fefore then and agreed i was to pick it up he started saying it wont fit in a single car blah blah blah.

It's always difficult over Xmas.

My auction ended on 24th about 11pm! Winning bidder has yet to pay or even mail me. I'm putting it down to the fact they may not have a PC at home. In which case suppose he should have mailed me before bidding. Who know's, more hassle than it's worth selling on ebay at the moment.

phew! all sorted did the thing through ebay and he has now contacted me back. hes happy for me to send cash or cheque now
